Challenge: Google Search "Mosaic Tiles". Search for an image that speaks to you. Recreate or use the image as inspiration for an element on your card. You might choose to create a full mosaic background or just a small mosaic element on your card.

Here's what my background looked like after sponging the ink on, adding water to the embossing folder (was supposed to spritz, but didn't have a spritzer), and pressing sponged paper onto the folder. Then let dry. Didn't quite have the dimension as the above example, but you can kind of see the mosaic embossing folder.
Here's the finished card.
